Appointments

• All appointments must be recurring at bi-weekly/tri-weekly/monthly cadence and booked online. Walk-ins are not accepted.

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of service is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service.

• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion.

• Each service includes 4 flat nail designs, any other designs will assess a nominal fee (We will discuss pricing before appointment)

• Emergency appointments (“Squeeze Ins” require prepayment of a nominal fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.

• If you cancel 3 times, prepayment may be required for future bookings.

• After 2 cancelled appointments you will forfeit your reserved appointment.

No-Show Policy

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be restricted from future bookings.

Refunds & Adjustments

• All services are final sale—no refunds will be issued.

• If you experience an issue with your nails, you must notify us within 48 hours for a complimentary touch-up.

Guest Policy

• To maintain a relaxing environment, no extra guests (including children) are allowed unless being serviced.

Payments

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, etc.).

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

Health & Safety

• If you have any nail conditions, injuries, or allergies, please inform us before your service.

• The nail table is a NO PHONE zone. Please limit phone use to emergencies only.

• If you are not feeling well, please reschedule before the 24-hr policy.

• We reserve the right to refuse service for health or safety reasons.
